It felt like I was floating off somewhere like an amazing balloon dancing high in the stars and black universe and only attached by the thinnest silver string. Come back, Come back, gently, softly, slowly, carefully, tenderly, peacefully, joyfully, lovingly. Rooting way way way way way down into the sweet earth. I felt myself in nature in the green ray with the glorious trees and the thick brown mud and the streams and the birdsong. I felt loving hands on my bare feet holding me on soft warm ground.
After work I Knew it was time for the trees to root me deep. I’ve gone to the Hermitage since I was a baby and we know each others song Very well. I felt every stone through the thin soles of my boots and was very present in my walk and felt the elementals all round me. I Immediately felt my ears open to the bird song and really received that medicine. I sang back to the energies softly. I often get a lot of feathers and especially white feathers and I often have a visit from a Robin as I did today. The vibration of the space held me and brought me home but tonight it was the Spirit of the Water that stepped forward particularly to work with me.
I felt the energy of Goddess Anuket come and walk with me. I have Always been connected to story, especially myths and legends and I grew up with all the Greek/ Roman/ Norse/ Celtic stories of Gods and Goddesses as well as so Very Very many others. For the past wee while I have been reacquainting myself with some Goddess archetype energies through the beautiful work of Amy Palko - http://www.amypalko.com/ Each month a different energy has stepped forward for me and this month I am blessed to work with Goddess Anuket. She is an Ancient Egyptian goddess and is the embodiment of the River Nile with her embracing open arms, the tributaries.
Tonight as I walked I felt and received this energy. I was called to honour the sacred feminine waters on earth. The flowing burn beside me was so alive and beautiful and singing its song to me. I felt the energy and spirit of the water.
I began to inquire how my own internal waters are doing? How do they express? How do they flow? How do they move? Where are the blocks? Where are the pools? Where is the life? What is the taste? I went to a beautiful talk on the work of Dr Masaru Emoto last week and I was curious what crystal shape would be formed by my water in this moment?
My waters spoke to me of magnificent, abundant, sacred, flowing, alive, feminine beauty
I noticed the source, the soft gentle beginning with only 1 sacred drop from the vertical masculine waters to bring life
I noticed the sweet sweet divine taste of new waters
I noticed the quality of the water, the sparkling clarity
I noticed the connection and interaction with the other elements
I noticed the quiet tentative flow from the mountains into new beginnings
I noticed the many deep tranquil peaceful pools of restful stillness
I noticed the wild exuberant rapids that thrill and excite and take the breath away
I noticed the danger of the eddies and whirlpools that threaten and scare
I notice areas where it seems like there is little forward movement at all but really there is
I noticed some pollution and rubbish and took care to maintain the water clean this up.
I noticed blockages such as sticks and boulders and I flexibly adjusted to allow the flow to continue in its unstoppable force.
I noticed the patience as over time the water had shaped and worn away rocks some down to tiny pebbles and sand
I noticed the journey over rocks and sticks and obstacles as the impetus, rhythm and speed built and the waters merged with other tributaries and grew and grew and grew into a Spectacular large river
I noticed the abundance of creativity and joy in the river
I noticed the nature spirits in and on the water
I noticed the abundance of colour and life in the river, the wide biodiversity of beautiful healthy plants, fish, animals, birds. There were Even numerous pink river dolphins and manatees.
I noticed people using the water, for washing, cooking, cleaning, playing and living.
I noticed children playing, swimming and giggling in the water
I noticed many people in boats of all shapes and sizes.
I noticed where the banks wanted to burst and flood
I noticed how this water cleansed me, soothed me, refreshed me
I noticed how it washed away the pain and hurt
I noticed the expansion into the infinite ocean
I noticed the renewal through the cycle of evaporation and precipitation
I noticed the history
I noticed the culture, stories, music and songs
I noticed the changes
I noticed the energy
I noticed the spirit of the water
I noticed the vibration of LOVE in Every Single molecule of water
I noticed the Beauty in the shape of the crystal that emerged.
